BACKGROUNDER

At the Beautiful Women 2009 Event, "It's a Girl Thing"
held at West Leagues Club on Friday, 11 September, more than $6,000
was raised on the night to pay for Kini's heart operation. A magnificant effort by
caring Hunter Region women committed to "Spreading the Love of Jesus"
around the world.

Kini arrived home on Friday 23 October 2009. She also attended the
Compassion project location on Tuesday 27 October!
Kini has made a full recovery.
